Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM JASMINE FARROW ART, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Jasmine Farrow Art, Norfolk, ordered from the Jasmine Farrow Art website at www.jasminefarrowart.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Jasmine Farrow Art reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Jasmine Farrow Art use Paypal and Stripe as their online purchasing systems.
Jasmine Farrow Art accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Jasmine Farrow Art will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Jasmine Farrow Art through Paypal or Stripe by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Jasmine Farrow Art has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Jasmne Farrow Art by email at jasminefarrowart@gmail.com .
If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact the gallery directly at jasminefarrowart@gmail.com to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Jasmine Farrow Art will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
Jasmine Farrow Art is under no obligation to accept any order.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Jasmine Farrow Art website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Jasmine Farrow Art may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
All work will be sent to you by courier service. Jasmine Farrow Art will endeavour to deliver purchased art within 14 days (UK mainland) of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods (UK). Jasmine Farrow Art cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If Jasmine Farrow Art is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Jasmine Farrow Art is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Jasmine Farrow Art is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Jasmine Farrow. Images of sold paintings may still be used by Jasmine Farrow Art for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.
Payment Security
Jasmine Farrow Art uses Paypal and Stripe for online payments. Paypal and Stripe allow us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. Jasmine Farrow Art is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Privacy
Jasmine Farrow Art does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.
Returns
In cases of goods that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Jasmine Farrow Art at jasminefarrowart@gmail.com.
Jasmine Farrow Art accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please see returns policy for further information.
